Ops Tech Alliance, Inc. seeks a System Engineer Level 1 to support complex government programs by applying systems engineering across the full lifecycle.

This role ensures technical integrity, quality, and completeness of engineering deliverables within a dynamic mission environment at Fort Meade. Candidates must hold TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, with a bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience; familiarity with Python and RF testing; and readiness to travel up to

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field or related discipline with 1 year of systems engineering experience.
• 12 credit hours in ISO/IEC 15288 areas may substitute for 1 year experience.
• High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of systems engineering experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with coding Python and Visual Basic for Applications.
• Strong RF knowledge for EMI testing across HF, VHF, UHF spectra.

Aufgaben

• Apply systems engineering processes across lifecycle phases (concept to retirement).
• Support ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Interface with Government stakeholders on technical issues and risks.
• Ensure integrity, quality, and completeness of engineering products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program management and developers.
• Support requirements development, system design, integration, testing, and validation.
• Identify and manage system-level risks and provide mitigations.
• Contribute to technical reviews and program status reports.
