Amphenol Procom is seeking an Application Engineer to be the technical expert behind telecom solutions, partnering with sales and working directly with clients to shape products.

You'll deliver demos, presentations, and workshops, translate RF concepts for customers, and feed insights back to R&D and product teams to improve quality and reliability. This role blends technical depth with real customer impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years in technical sales supporting commercial teams.
• Hands-on experience with RF systems including antennas, filters, and combiners.
• Strong knowledge of antenna design, applications, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by identifying and growing new opportunities in the RF space
• Join Sales Managers on customer visits, and represent us at trade shows and industry events
• Serve as the subject matter expert on RF systems — antennas, filters, and combiners
• Deliver pre-sales support: demos, presentations, and technical workshops
• Translate complex RF concepts into clear, accessible language for customers
• Bridge customers and our internal R&D, engineering, and product teams
• Feed customer insights back into product development to drive quality and reliability
