Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in sales engineering, technical sales, or related role, preferably in RF/defense/aerospace.
• Experience with RF spectrum analysis, signal processing, or ELINT/SIGINT applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to support inside sales.
• Develop tailored RF solutions translating customer needs into specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Deliver training and enablement to customers and sales staff.
• Gather market feedback to inform product development and enhance offerings.
• Maintain relationships with clients and support long-term partnerships.
• Track opportunities and update CRM to assist sales targets.
