Job summary

Paragon Cyber Solutions is seeking a Signal Processing Engineer to develop RF waveforms and signal processing for Navy EW systems. You will move concepts through modeling in MATLAB to software implementation on SDRs, then bench and fielded validation with real hardware.

The role blends RF hardware understanding with software depth, requiring hands-on work across the full cycle and collaboration with OEM teams. Clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of RF design experience required.
• Proficiency in MATLAB theory and applications.
• Strong software development background and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop signal processing algorithms and RF waveforms for EW/theory testing.
• Prototype, implement, test concepts from idea to validated performance.
• Program and characterize SDRs to evaluate waveform designs.
• Analyze RF protocols and evaluate waveforms with RF test gear.
• Deliver RF solutions for Navy EW systems and perform diagnostics.
