Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a highly experienced RF and Sensor Analyst to support NC3 modernization and strategic deterrence missions at HQ USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE.

You will apply expert-level knowledge of RF propagation and sensor phenomenology to evaluate system performance and survivability. The role requires leadership in evaluations for multiple platforms, coordination with USSTRATCOM directorates, and the preparation of high-quality technical reports and briefings for

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS clearance and SCI eligibility on day one.
• Full-time onsite at Offutt AFB, 5 days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years in RF systems, sensor technologies, EM spectrum operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF and sensor assessments for NC3 modernization and strategic deterrence missions.
• Provide authoritative guidance to modelers and analysts; ensure RF/sensor insights are integrated into analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and senior-leader briefings; coordinate across USSTRATCOM and partner organizations.
