Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Program Analyst to lead NC3 test planning, execution, and evaluation at Offutt AFB, NE. You will coordinate across USSTRATCOM, Combatant Commands, and engineering teams to ensure objectives align with modernization priorities.

The role involves field Event management, data collection, and reporting, with mentoring for junior analysts and developing repeatable test frameworks for continuous improvement.

Formación

• U.S. citizenship with active TS clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 6–10+ years of test planning, coordination, and DoD/Navy mission support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of NC3 test and demonstration activities.
• Coordinate across USSTRATCOM, Combatant Commands, and engineering teams.
• Oversee field events, instrumentation, data collection, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Produce high-quality reports, risk assessments, and decision-support briefings.
• Mentor junior analysts and develop repeatable test frameworks.
