Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) seeks a RF/Radar Systems Engineer in the MIST division to develop radar modes and perform signal processing analyses. You will work within ACL to create advanced sensor capabilities and robust system designs for national security applications.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in RF/Radar, a related technical degree, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of RF/Radar system experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct refined RF subsystem and system design studies, testing plans, and analysis of requirements into detailed performance design criteria.
• Design and build templates to assist SMEs in providing critical system information.
• Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for RF subsystems and systems of low complexity.
• Define/refine internal and external interfaces for RF subsystems and systems.
