Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) seeks a Systems Engineer to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on DoD-focused EW and RF system projects. You will shape requirements, design architectures, and oversee implementation, testing, and performance monitoring across hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop environments.

Candidates should have 3+ years in RF/EW domains; an active TS/SCI clearance is preferred, with 5+ years for senior roles.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with RF signal generation, capture, analysis, and measurement techniques.
• 3+ years of experience in electronic warfare, RF systems, radar systems, signals intelligence, or threat engineering.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product or system requirements gathering and analysis with sponsors and other key stakeholders
• Verify systems engineering product life‑cycle components to include definitions, requirements analysis, synthesis, systems analysis and implementation
• Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for systems of moderate complexity to include defining and refining internal and external interfaces
• Develop and contribute to technical reports and diagrams detailing product or system attributes
• Analyze product or system functionality as defined by requirements
