Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related tech field.
• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Experience developing and validating compelling business cases.
• Experience with RF technology and test equipment.
• Experience in a global, multinational tech company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technology trends affecting RF test applications and markets.
• Track government and industry spending relevant to assets and programs.
• Define new market opportunities with TAM/SAM analysis.
• Develop product objectives and customer value validation.
• Lead design of differentiated products and customer experience.
• Create end-to-end business plans with cross‑functional direction.
• Communicate with both technical engineers and senior leaders.
• Manage products in market and respond to feedback.
• Establish KPIs and deliver financial results.
