The Kinetic Group is seeking an evenings shift technician responsible for maintaining production machinery, performing changeovers, and supporting process improvements.

You will work with Production Associates, adhere to safety and ISO goals, and participate in hazard waste training within six months. This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance and teamwork to keep lines running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of verifiable manufacturing equipment experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently.
• Basic computer skills to navigate documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery.
• Execute timely changeovers on production machines and equipment.
• Support engineers and operators with process improvements.
• Mentor operators and technicians in best practices.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment at all times.
