Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Loading Technician for the Remington site, nights 3:15p-1:45a, with training on days. You will perform preventive and routine maintenance on production and support machinery and handle machine changeovers under supervision.

You will work with Production Associates, follow safety and ISO guidelines, mentor trainees, and support continuous improvement while meeting quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and safety discipline.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or recognized equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with similar manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow process instructions and safety rules.
• Must pass mechanical aptitude evaluation and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery.
• Executes changeovers on production machines and related equipment on schedule.
• Assists Operators and Technicians; mentors trainees as needed.
• Represents safety and ISO goals; adheres to PPE and safety rules.
• Attends shift and team meetings; documents operations and issues.
