Job summary

Primo Brands in Woodridge, IL is hiring for a Production Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a multi-line beverage production line on the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 9:00 pm–5:30 am). You will record maintenance data, monitor quality, perform hourly checks, and collaborate with QA and Maintenance to maximize output while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

You will participate in safety programs, complete preventative maintenance activities, and help train teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Able to work the 3rd shift and participate in holiday/weekend coverage.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience desired.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment (fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow molders, wrappers, forklifts).
• Record preventative maintenance activities and key production metrics.
• Adhere to GMP and safety practices; participate in safety observations.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics: efficiency, production, and downtime.
• Perform hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials for quality.
