Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an NPI Engineer to bring RF and microwave test instruments from product development into production. You will develop production test software, automate measurement routines, calibrations, and validation tests while troubleshooting hardware to improve manufacturability.

You’ll collaborate across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Production, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production and ongoing support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Solid understanding of RF and microwave hardware and applications.
Experience developing RF/microwave circuits and measurement algorithms.
Proficiency in object‑oriented software for hardware testing, e.g., C#.

Responsibilities

Develop production test software and automated measurement routines.
Troubleshoot RF/microwave hardware down to component level.
Design and implement calibration algorithms.
Validate test methods and support transition to manufacturing.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Create technical documentation for test methods and processes.
