Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the design and deployment of automated RF and mixed-signal test solutions across the NPI lifecycle.

You will bridge software and systems engineering with RF test expertise to deliver scalable, production-ready test systems within a global organization. You will mentor junior engineers, drive framework reuse, and define best practices for test development across Broadcom’s worldwide teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years in automated test development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.
• Deep knowledge of RF measurements.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.
• Structured problem-solving approach and clear communication.
• Proven track record building reusable, scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE.
• Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging.
• Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework reuse and reliability.
