Job summary

Renaissance Electronics & Communications, LLC in Harvard, MA is seeking an NPI Engineer to transition RF products from design to full-scale manufacturing. You will bridge design, supply chain, and production to ensure launches meet schedule, cost, and specifications.

You will lead NPI activities through FAI and PRR, develop process flows, coordinate with suppliers, and drive DFM/DFT reviews for smooth ramp and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or hardware program management.
• Familiarity with RF/microwave or electronics manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and PLM tools.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination; MS Office / Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities from design freeze through first article inspection (FAI) and production readiness review (PRR).
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and quality control plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure component availability and compliance.
• Drive DFM/DFT reviews with engineering teams.
• Track and resolve open issues across cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, procurement).
• Monitor pilot builds and document lessons learned for continuous improvement, and support yield analysis and root cause investigations during ramp.
• Other duties as needed.
