Job summary

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes RF/MW components and modules, now seeking a Senior Product Engineer Manager for the µCeramIQ BU. You will lead a manufacturing-focused product engineering team and own NPI of LTCC RF components from concept through high-volume production, prioritizing manufacturability, yield and cost targets.

The role partners with R&D, Marketing, MPE, QA, and Supply Chain to bring advanced RF solutions to aerospace, defense, automotive and telecom markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in RF/microwave product engineering or NPI roles.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience productizing RF products and NPIs from concept to production.
• Strong RF test, characterization and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Engineers for LTCC RF NPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end NPI from requirements to production release.
• Translate market requirements into manufacturable specs with cost targets.
• Provide RF design oversight for manufacturability and tolerances.
• Drive DFM/DFX and reliability practices for LTCC and ceramic processes.
• Define process controls and qualification plans; manage KPIs.
