Job summary
Renaissance Electronics is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to drive the transition of RF products from engineering development into full-scale manufacturing. The NPI Engineer will serve as the technical bridge between design, supply chain, and production — ensuring new products launch on schedule, on cost, and to specification.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in electrical/related field.
- 2–5 years in NPI, manufacturing engineering or program management in hardware.
- Familiarity with RF/microwave or electronics manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP systems and PLM tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI activities from design freeze through FAI and PRR.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process flows and QC plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for availability and compliance.
- Drive DFM/DFT reviews with engineering teams.
- Track issues across cross-functional teams and support yield analysis.
