Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Process Engineer I to support development, optimization, and sustainment of MMIC manufacturing processes, ensuring capability and continuous improvement from development to production.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, performing root cause analysis, designing experiments, and supporting documentation and fixture development to drive high‑quality MMIC production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science/engineering/mathematics).
• Experience with RF design or electromagnetics coursework is preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering authority for MMIC products through development, transition to production and support.
• Provide application engineering support including troubleshooting and datasheet creation.
• Perform RF/microwave measurements, product characterization, ATP, and performance monitoring.
• Support IC package, test fixture, and PCB design, modeling, and simulation.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality to troubleshoot and produce technical reports.
• Assist production activities including low-volume MMIC assembly and die inspection.
