Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Richardson, TX, seeks a Manufacturing RF Product Engineer II to support MMIC products across post-production and development phases, including wafer probe, packaging, and final RF test. You will monitor test yields, analyze S-parameters and power, drive yield improvements, and lead root-cause investigations.

You will collaborate with design, process, and test teams to resolve issues, validate models, and ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of RF circuit design experience with microwave fundamentals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure MMIC designs meet manufacturability and testability requirements.
• Develop wafer-level and packaged RF test plans and perform characterization.
• Design and optimize test fixtures, probe cards, and evaluation PCBs.
• Perform lab-based testing and data analysis to define specifications and yield risks.
• Support process development and fabrication optimization for MMIC technologies.
