Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Process Engineer I to support the development, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes for MMIC products. You will drive process capability, manufacturability, and continuous improvement while ensuring a smooth transition from engineering to production.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to maintain safety, quality, and cost objectives, including

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments or MMIC-related processes is a plus.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain MMIC manufacturing processes to ensure capability and manufacturability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and external suppliers to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Identify process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Design experiments and support documentation and fixture development to drive consistent, high-quality production.
