Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer I to support the development, optimization, and sustainment of MMIC manufacturing processes, ensuring capability and manufacturability. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and successful production transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Coursework in RF design or electromagnetics preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering authority for MMIC products across lifecycle.
• Provide application engineering support including datasheets and notes.
• Perform RF/microwave measurements and product characterization.
• Support IC package, test fixture, and PCB design through modeling and simulation.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues.
