Job summary

The role requires hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment, with focus on process controls, layout optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (mechanical, aerospace, material science, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience or ability to improve a manufacturing process.
• Ability to multitask and drive projects to closure.
• Interest in solving process problems in manufacturing settings.
• Aptitude for running scientific experiments with DOE and statistical techniques.
• Hands-on team player with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
