Quantic TRM in Bedford, MA, seeks a Test Engineer to lead environmental testing of RF/Microwave components. You will develop, maintain, and standardize test sheets; support Development Engineering in TRR meetings; and coordinate with Production to keep schedules.

The role requires hands-on experience with RF network analyzers, MIL-Spec tests, and strong documentation skills to produce ATPs, QTPs, ATRs, and QTRs while driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Test Engineer preferred.
• Experience with RF test equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform environmental testing on passive RF microwave, incl. high power, thermal, vibration, shock, and altitude.
• Tests may be conducted at TRM or with outside vendors.
• Identify proper test procedures and equipment to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in TRR meetings with Development Engineering.
• Communicate test plan timelines and costs with sales & program managers.
• Collaborate with Production to resolve testing challenges and improve yields.
• Provide data to support process improvements in manufacturing.
• Evaluate existing test equipment and recommend improvements to increase capabilities.
• Participate in crisis-avoidance teams (Red Shed) to resolve WIP issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create ATPs and QTPs based on customer requirements.
• Prepare ATRs and QTRs with Quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
