The company seeks a Product Engineer for Prod Dev (P2) to advance reliability, testing, and packaging across RF/microwave products, in a multidisciplinary team that collaborates on digitized factories, mobility, and digital healthcare. You will work with RF designers and engineers to evaluate materials, plan designs, and run ATP/DVT tests, while contributing to data-driven improvements and

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong grasp of analog RF and microwave concepts.
• Experience with RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, network/spectrum analyzers, power meters).
• Familiar with RF measurements (P1dB, phase noise, gain, spurious emissions, S-parameters).
• Strong troubleshooting, reworking, and judgmental skills.
• Excellent analytical and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate reliability of materials, properties and techniques used in production.
• Plan, design and develop electronic parts, components, and packaging.
• Lead RF module testing and design improvements.
• Perform ATP and DVT tests and summarize results for stakeholders.
• Lead product qualification and related activities.
• Support failure analysis and root cause determination.
• Present findings and improvement recommendations to the product team.
