Job summary

Analog Devices seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to design, develop, and sustain test methods for RF, microwave, and electronic products. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to optimize test solutions for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications.

This 2nd shift, onsite role offers opportunities to influence manufacturing strategy, improve yield, and drive NPI readiness while mentoring technicians and working with suppliers to resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog, or mixed-signal electronics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain RF/microwave test methods for complex products.
• Develop troubleshooting techniques and diagnostics to drive root-cause resolution.
• Create and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and test processes.
• Lead NPI readiness, test coverage, and process robustness.
