Responsibilities

• Evaluate hands-on resolution of technical issues affecting yield or throughput.
• Interface with suppliers, analyze field return failures, and apply root cause problem solving.
• Drive continuous product improvement projects.
• Lead project teams for new product introductions.
• Maintain daily communication with production and address technical issues.
• Participate in customer visits and teleconferences.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
