Job summary

RTX is seeking a college graduate to join the RF/Microwave Engineering Team in MA for hands-on design, testing, and integration of RF/microwave components and phased array projects. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and working onsite on defense-related programs.

The candidate will engage in fixture measurements, test system assembly, software-driven testing, and support across MMIC/module design and hardware verification within a security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements
• Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems
• Use software to control test equipment and plot test results
• Support the MMIC and module design teams
• Integration and test of Digital, Analog, and RF components and modules.
• Circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design documentation maintenance, trade assessments for obsolescence resolution, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware performance issues and hardware integration, test and verification.
• Work as part of a team to analyze Hardware / Firmware test requirements / specifications to determine Hardware and Firmware requirements.
• Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity and efficiency enhancements.
• Interact with test technicians, factory facilitators, operations managers, other engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel.
• Design of RF microwave components and phased array applications
• Integration and test of component level and system level phased array hardware
