RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to contribute to RF systems, antennas, and packaging. The role emphasizes 3D CAD modeling, prototype hardware development, and hands-on integration in a collaborative team environment.

You will participate in design reviews, prepare drawings, and support fabrication and testing activities, with an emphasis on learning and applying GD&T and Creo Parametric skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience across RF packaging and CAD workflows.
• Familiarity with 3D CAD design and drawing packages; GD&T knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. security clearance before start date.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate in a multi-discipline team to solve complex engineering problems.
• Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for RF product designs.
• Develop prototype hardware designs and coordinate fabrication.
• Perform hands-on integration and test support for prototype hardware.
• Lead design and drawing reviews with peers and SMEs.
