Job summary

Responsibilities

Direct the manufacturing test engineering team, set objectives, guide initiatives, and assess outcomes.
Oversee and improve the manufacturing test strategy for scalable production.
Collaborate with product SEIT and development engineering for design testability.
Advance automation, uniformity, and efficiency in test processes.
Maintain test capabilities across multiple products from pre-production to mass production.
Analyze test data, report findings, and identify product/process improvements.
Communicate strategic vision to stakeholders and scale platforms from LRIP to FRP.
Lead the procurement and ROI analysis of new test equipment.
Drive safety, cost reduction, quality, and productivity through testing.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability in engineering.
Serve as the technical authority for manufacturing testing and problem-solving.
Design proactive maintenance and calibration protocols for test equipment.
