Job summary

The Kinetic Group is hiring for an Evening Shift Operator on a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) with 10-hour shifts. You will tend one or more machines, ensure proper operation, perform quality checks, and transport materials to maintain smooth process flow.

Safety rules and PPE are mandatory, and you will participate in the company’s ISO goals. You should have a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and understand process instructions in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English sufficiently to perform duties.
• Basic computer skills to navigate systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Tends one or more machines or processes as directed by the area supervisor.
• Performs quality assurance checks as directed.
• Transports raw material, semi-finished goods and finished goods as required to ensure efficient process flow.
• Follows oral and written instructions and safety rules; wears PPE as directed.
• Maintains proper documentation of processes and keeps work area clean and orderly.
