Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking motivated manufacturing professionals to operate specialty machinery and contribute to high-quality production. The role involves reading drawings, performing measurements, and adhering to safety and 5S standards to ensure timely delivery of products.

You will participate in cross-training across departments and support continuous improvement efforts while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or demonstrable performance competency.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using information system databases.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble or move products.
• Read and interpret drawings to derive dimensional information.
• Perform SPC/quality checks using measurement tools.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions and maintain safety.
• Rotate through department workstations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per 5S guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
