Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an RF Integration Engineer for 100% onsite work at the San Jose, CA office. You will support RF/antenna bring-up, perform measurements, automate test workflows, and deliver clear performance reports to cross-functional teams.

The role requires a BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 3+ years of hw development/testing, and hands-on experience with microwave test equipment. Expect collaboration with HW/SW, Product Management and Supply Chain.

RF Integration Engineer

What's the Job?

• Assist with RF/antenna bring-up, simulation, integration, and validation of innovative antenna and radio designs.
• Test wireless/RF subsystem performance against predefined, high-quality design metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Automate test equipment and workflows to improve test cycle efficiency and repeatability.
• Produce clear test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams, including hardware and compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HW/SW Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to support successful product development and validation.

What's Needed?

• Education & Experience: BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 3+ years of experience in hardware product development and testing.
• Automation/Software: Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW.
• Lab Experience: Hands-on experience with microwave/measurement equipment such as Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Vector Signal Analyzers/Generators, traffic generators, and wireless sniffers.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with wireless architectures including radio front ends, antennas, amplifiers, RF switches, filters, and couplers across 450–7125 MHz, plus wireless networking concepts such as path loss/channel models and traffic generation.
• Design Tools & Hardware: Willingness to learn or prior experience with simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS) and schematic/layout tools (e.g., Cadence), along with knowledge of digital/analog electronics and hardware product development lifecycles.
