Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an RF Integration Engineer for 100% onsite work at the San Jose, CA office. You will support RF/antenna bring-up, perform measurements, automate test workflows, and deliver clear performance reports to cross-functional teams.

The role requires a BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 3+ years of hw development/testing, and hands-on experience with microwave test equipment. Expect collaboration with HW/SW, Product Management and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 3+ years hardware product development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with RF/antenna bring-up, simulation, integration and validation.
• Test wireless/RF subsystem performance against predefined metrics.
• Automate test equipment and workflows to improve cycle efficiency and repeatability.
• Produce clear test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
