Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 8+ years in hardware engineering with real-world product development.
• 3+ years in technical leadership mentoring engineers.
• RF/microwave circuit design experience.
• Experience with microwave test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test analog/RF hardware with technical direction.
• Create block diagrams from high-level requirements.
• Select parts and perform schematic entry.
• Design RF/microwave circuits, models, prototypes.
• Define PCB layout and collaborate with layout engineers.
• Support hardware from concept through release and sustaining.
• Troubleshoot prototype and production hardware with RF/analog/digital test equipment.
• Coach and develop engineers; conduct 1:1s and reviews.
• Lead a team of 5-9 engineers; manage priorities.
• Foster innovation and risk mitigation.
