Job summary

Epiq Solutions is seeking a Manager Hardware Engineering to lead hands-on analog/RF hardware development and a team of engineers. The role focuses on design, analysis, integration, testing of RF circuitry, and product support while managing people and resources to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have strong board‑level and system‑level RF design experience, enjoy hands‑on engineering leadership, and collaborate with software, FPGA, and production teams to deliver cutting‑edge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 8+ years of direct experience in developing real-world products.
• 3+ years in technical leadership, mentoring engineers, guiding design decisions.
• Experience with RF circuits (LNAs, PAs, PLLs), power supplies, and A/D & D/A converters.
• Proficient with Altium Designer and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–9 hardware engineers across multiple active development efforts.
• Design, analyze, integrate, and test analog/RF hardware with technical direction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Software, FPGA, Digital, Production) to enable feature implementation.
• Drive best practices, manage risks, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support hardware designs from concept through release and sustaining engineering.
