Medline Industries, LP seeks an IT professional to design, develop, and maintain RF handheld application packages and related hardware for branch site needs. You will ensure availability, reliability, and performance of the associated systems.

The role involves executing RF projects end-to-end, developing Android apps on Zebra devices, and providing end-user support including MDM administration and ticket resolution. Some overnight travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
• At least 1 year RF troubleshooting and configuration experience.
• Experience configuring and maintaining an MDM platform.
• Familiar with Zebra rugged handheld devices and Android.

Responsabilités

• Execute RF handheld projects from concept to realization involving cross-functional teams.
• Design, develop, and support Android applications on Zebra RF handheld devices.
• Provide RF handheld device and OS support to resolve end-user issues.
• Administer RF handheld devices in an MDM platform.
• Support end users by resolving trouble tickets logged in the Help Desk system.
• Assist in technical design, testing, and delivery of branch RF handheld items.
• Provide on-site RF handheld support to end-user community.
