Job summary

Medline is hiring for a role focused on RF handheld design, development, configuration, and maintenance for branch needs. You will design and support Android applications on Zebra RF handheld devices, administer MDM platforms, and resolve end-user device issues to ensure maximum availability and performance.

The position requires a Bachelor's in IT, at least 1 year of RF troubleshooting, and familiarity with Zebra devices and Bluetooth. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field.
• At least 1 year of RF troubleshooting and configuration experience.
• General understanding of configuring and maintaining an MDM platform.
• Proficiency with Zebra rugged handheld devices (Android TC51/TC56/TC57).
• Knowledge of Bluetooth technologies and basic terminal emulation software.
• Understanding of voice picking and warehouse management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute RF handheld projects from concept to realization with cross‑functional teams.
• Work independently on basic and moderate RF projects including design and troubleshooting.
• Design, develop, and support Android applications on Zebra RF handheld devices.
• Provide RF handheld device and OS support to end-users.
• Administer RF handheld devices in an MDM platform.
• Support end users by resolving trouble tickets via Help Desk system.
• Assist in technical design, implementation, testing, and delivery of RF handheld items.
• Provide on-site RF handheld support to an end-user community.
