Job summary

Active US military service with DoD SkillBridge approval is required. Expect up to 50% travel, domestic-first with some international travel, and collaboration across teams to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; military technical school experience may substitute.
• Strong RF concepts understanding and ability to operate test equipment.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-tier technical support remotely and on-site to CRFS customers.
• Deliver comprehensive technical training to end users.
• Perform diagnostics and high-level repairs on RF systems.
• Deploy to customer sites for field integration and support.
• Develop test plans and project reports for field activities.
• Assist Sales with system demonstrations and technical guidance.
• Manage demonstration equipment inventory and calibration readiness.
• Relay field feedback to the product teams to drive improvements.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and some international.
