Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an experienced RF Engineer to lead a skilled team supporting SDA Wildfire programs, focusing on the T3 Tracking program. The role covers design, development, and delivery of RF subsystems and flight hardware for a satellite constellation.

You will guide Payload RSEs and CPEs, emphasize verification/test plans, and collaborate with program leadership to align execution with mission needs. Strong leadership and RF expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF design, systems engineering, or integration and test.
• Experience guiding teams through major program milestones such as design reviews, test readiness, integration, or delivery.
• Experience with integration and test with troubleshooting.
• Technical or functional lead or leadership experience.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an experienced team of RF engineers while promoting technical excellence and career growth.
• Own and manage payload systems engineering work products including specs, requirements, analyses, and verification/test plans.
• Ensure Lockheed Martin Space standard processes, tools, best practices, and training are implemented across the team.
• Integrate testbed, Payload RSE, and Payload CPE teams toward mission-capable design and verifiable test requirements.
