Job summary

GStek, Inc. is seeking an experienced Radio-Frequency Engineer to support the US Navy SESEF program onsite at Virginia Beach. You will design and evaluate RF, microwave, and communications systems, perform test and data analysis, and contribute to cradle-to-grave development in a collaborative setting.

The role requires ABET-accredited EE education, 5+ years of experience, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance. Periodic travel to test facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• 5+ years in electronics, RF engineering, communications, and DSP.
• Experience with RF test equipment and waveguides/coax/antennas.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Ability to travel periodically to other test facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and test of RF/Microwave and communications systems.
• Conduct evaluation and data analysis for electronic systems.
• Support cradle-to-grave development and field surveys of instruments.
• Prepare sustainment plans and user manuals; collaborate in small teams.
