Techner Ltd is seeking a Mid-Level RF Engineer to support LTE and 5G network design, optimization, and performance improvements across multiple US markets. The role requires strong RF fundamentals, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to translate network data into actionable engineering solutions for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of RF engineering experience in LTE/5G.
• Strong understanding of RF propagation and 3GPP standards.
• Experience with RF planning/optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and validate LTE and 5G NR networks focusing on coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Perform link budget analysis, propagation modeling, and RF planning.
• Analyze RF KPI performance and troubleshoot degradations.
• Conduct drive tests, data analysis, and site validation.
• Collaborate with field/integration teams to resolve interference and mobility issues.
• Support neighbor planning, PCI/RSI planning, and carrier configuration audits.
• Prepare performance reports and optimization plans.
• Ensure compliance with operator guidelines and performance standards.
