Job summary

First Point Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior RF Planning & Optimization Engineer to lead design, optimization, and performance analysis for multi-vendor wireless networks. You will drive LTE and 5G NR initiatives, coordinate teams, and translate data into actionable recommendations for improving coverage, capacity, and customer experience.

The role requires 10+ years RF/RAN experience, strong KPI focus, and hands-on use of Atoll, TEMS, and other RF tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RF/RAN engineering or related experience.
• Strong LTE and 5G NR expertise required.
• Experience leading large wireless deployments.
• Proven ability to coordinate engineering teams on complex deployments.
• Deep knowledge of RF planning, propagation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with drive-test analysis platforms.
• Experience across multi-vendor environments.
• Strong KPI and performance analysis skills.
