Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking an RF Engineer to provide technical leadership in aerospace and defense programs. The role involves troubleshooting in manufacturing and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting producibility improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in EE and at least 2 years in high-reliability defense products, with strong RF/microwave testing experience and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced, team-based settings.
• Experience with RF/Microwave test equipment to test analog/digital/mixed-signal circuits.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on product troubleshooting in manufacturing and development environments
• Work with engineers and technicians for offline asset reduction
• Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives
• Support definition and implementation of producibility improvements
• Work with Lead Engineers on design updates
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional product teams
