Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer III to design and develop test procedures for RF and electronic assemblies on the manufacturing floor, focusing on production support, WIP debugging, RCCA initiatives, and automated testing solutions. Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent), 3+ years in high-reliability manufacturing environments, and experience with RF/Microwave testing.

DoD secret clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing test engineering, RF module testing, or related roles in high-reliability environments.
• Experience with RF/microwave, analog, digital, and mixed-signal testing.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine RF/electronic test procedures for production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
• Lead WIP debugging to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Perform RCCA investigations to address defects and improve processes.
• Support automated testing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and program management to integrate test solutions.
• Ensure compliance with MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883 and related standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
