Job Title: RF Engineer

Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RF Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization of RF and microwave components and systems, including power amplifiers, bi-directional amplifiers, and integrated radio systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF/microwave circuits and systems up to 40 GHz.
• Perform simulations, layout, and prototyping of RF components.
• Conduct testing, tuning, and troubleshooting of RF hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, digital, and systems engineers.
• Support product development from concept through production.
• Document designs, test procedures, and results.
• Interface with customers to understand requirements and provide technical support.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RF/microwave design and development.
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST).
• Hands-on experience with test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
• Strong understanding of RF principles including impedance matching, noise figure, gain, and linearity.
• Experience with amplifier design and integration into systems is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with military and aerospace communication standards.
• Experience with embedded systems and control interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C).
• Knowledge of thermal and mechanical considerations in RF design.
