Job Details:

• Title: RF Design Engineer
• Duration: 12 Months
• Location: Remote (Houston, TX preferred)
• Pay Rate: $3500 on W2 + $6000 PDM = $9500/Month Total

Principal Accountabilities:

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail; able to work independently.
• Design and optimization of 5G/LTE, SA, NSA, FFD NR networks.
• Utilize Verizon tools FUZE SPM for project creation, updates, and documentation.
• Preferably recent Verizon RF Design experience.
• Experience with Atoll RF Design tool.
• Creation of neighbor lists and PCI planning for 5G nodes using Atoll Automatic Cell Planning.
• Generate coverage plots using Atoll for analysis; automate cell planning to estimate coverage improvements and input data for cell site design.
• Address regulatory tasks in FUZE SPM for HQ approvals.
• Familiarity with Verizon 911 and CIQ preparations.
• Knowledge of RF EME report preparation.
• Experience with RAVE, IXUS, and Roof Master tools.
• Prepare/review RF affidavits and documentation for site development and zoning; present at hearings as needed.
• Analyze design restrictions and solutions, including physical limitations, co-locations, and EMF constraints.
• Create and present RF performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates must be based in the United States, preferably in Houston; remote work considered on a case-by-case basis.
