$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Small Cell RF Engineer (Remote) - Must be in the USA

Only W2 candidate. Not accepting C2C candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review proposal designs with financial acumen and understanding of fiber scope.
• Lead in-building DOT (radio) deployments, including COP review and RSRP coverage analysis.
• Manage market/vendor design intakes, inquiries, and coverage analysis.
• Create and manage RFDS documents.
• Work cross-functionally with market RF teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience deploying small cells as Construction Manager or Project Manager.
• Familiarity with Extenet or Crown Castle fiber/small cell organizations.
• Strong understanding of RF propagation and design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Atoll.
• T-Mobile experience preferred, especially with Metro by T-Mobile.
