$120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Senior Small Cell RF Engineer (Remote) - Must be in the USA

Only W2 candidates accepted; C2C candidates not considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review proposal designs with financial acumen and understanding of fiber scope
• Lead in-building DOT (radio) deployments, including COP review and RSRP coverage analysis
• Manage market/vendor design intakes, inquiries, and coverage analysis
• Create and manage RFDS documents
• Work cross-functionally with market RF teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Experience deploying small cells as Construction Manager or Project Manager
• Familiarity with Extenet or Crown Castle fiber/small cell organizations
• Strong understanding of RF propagation and design principles
• Hands-on experience with Atoll
• Preferred: T-Mobile experience, especially Metro by T-Mobile
