In this role, you will work alongside experienced RF, EM, RFIC, and module design engineers on the development of next-generation wireless solutions for 5G/6G, and emerging connectivity technologies. This position is ideal for graduate students interested in RF design, electromagnetics, filter design, RFIC and module co-design, and advanced packaging

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• RF design & technology research: evaluate RF front-end architectures and co-design approaches.
• EM modeling & simulation: build 2.5D/3D EM models of RF passives and components.
• Perform EM simulations with HFSS/EMX and run circuit/system-level analyses from extracted S-parameters.
• Optimize module design for insertion loss, isolation, return loss, and size.
• Investigate RF interactions between ICs, packages, and passives; assess manufacturability.
