Job summary

Nokia is hiring for an RF design role in the US, focusing on designing, simulating, and testing RF circuits for cellular base stations as part of a TRX design team. You will grow into technical leadership as you contribute to reliable, high-performance designs.

Expect to work with RF simulation tools (HP ADS, CST, HFSS) and analytics (Matlab, Python), while collaborating across teams and traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field and hands-on RF/microwave experience.
• Familiarity with RF performance specs and test methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with RF simulation tools and signal processing concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design RF circuits for cellular base stations and related components.
• Simulate and test RF circuits to meet performance specs and reliability requirements.
• Document design processes and write technical reports.
• Participate in design reviews and knowledge exchanges.
• Support subcontractors and collaborate with other engineers.
